Because tomorrow is a holiday, it would have cost an additional after-hours/holiday charge for a technician to come out immediately. Instead of taking advantage of my situation the technician, Jimmie, was completely upfront and honest with me. He actually advised me that the fix could wait until Monday to save me the extra holiday fees especially because the parts needed for the repair wouldn't have been available because of the holiday. “Lex's Plumbing was the best choice for us. We started with four estimates to totally replace our sewer pipes which were made of cast iron and were about to rust out. Two of the estimates were too high so we called the other two companies and talked with the administrative and project management personnel to get a more refined cost estimate and get a feel for the people we would be working with. Lex's front office personnel are quick to answer the phone and connect you with a person to get immediate answers to your questions. The service was very personal and was honest and genuine. We made the decision that we could Trust Lex's plumbing to get the job done without any hassles. The job was quickly scheduled, and the dig crew was on site within a few days. The crew was contracted from Lone Stare Excavating. We were totally satisfied. They used modern equipment with skilled personnel who were very friendly and polite. After they completed the trenches under the house the plumbers set to work and again quickly finished the job. They kept me informed all of the way as the work progressed and provided lots of pictures so that we could see the progress. This was a big job and took a couple of weeks but after it was done there was very little evidence that they were even here. Just like you would want it. We highly recommend Lex's plumbing.”
